Truus Verkley is a freelance artist based out of Calgary, AB. Her performing has taken her across Canada as well as around the world. Recent credits include; Secrets Every Smart Traveler Should Know (Director/Choreographer: Kimberley Summer Theatre) a 6 week stint in Dubai, UAE dancing with over 1000 other artists from around the world, two and a half seasons of work with the Edmonton based company Vinok Worldance, 3 summer seasons with Fort Steele and performances with MKM Bollystars. Truus' choreography has also been seen all over the country, as well as on film, most recently presented by Soulocentric Festival in Calgary, Free Flow Dance in Saskatoon, Fete Albertine and for several local music videos and short films. Truus also runs Puddle of Mud Productions, an education based dance/theatre/film company for youth currently running with a little over 400 students a week.
